Survey conducted by RSR-RCET under Unnat Bharat Abhiyan

A survey was conducted by faculties & students of RSR-RCET in a nearby village named ‘Baasin’. Unnat Bharat Abhiyan has been launched by Govt. of India inspired by the vision of transformational change in rural development processes by leveraging knowledge institutions to help build the architecture of an Inclusive India. The coordinator institute is IIT-Delhi. The survey was conducted jointly by ‘National Service Scheme’, ‘RSR Rungta College of Engineering & Technology’ and ‘Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University’. The survey was conducted on points of family situations, employment, sanitation levels, irrigation, general cleanliness etc. The citizens along with village Sarpanch Shri. Omprakash Sahu were informed about the motive of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, their problems were heard by the team and they were offered solutions as per governmental guidelines. Dr. S R Thakur(Nodal Officer, CSVTU) and Dr. P S Bokare(Principal, RSR-RCET) guided the survey. Shri. Novel Kumar Sahu and Shri. Anurag Patel conducted the survey with students Rohit Chandrakar, Dolly Dewangan, Akash Yadav and many others.
