Dr. Arun Kumar Thalla completed his undergraduate studies (B. Tech/Civil) in Sri Venkateswara University, India in 2000 and received his M. Tech and PhD degrees in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology-Roorkee, Roorkee. He has about 7 years of teaching, research and industry experience. He was nominated by Govt. of France under Indo-France Bilateral research program and was given an opportunity to work in INRA-LBE, Narbonne, France for 7 months in 2007. He joined G D Rungta College of Engineering in July 2009 and currently working as Associate Professor in Civil Department. He published 18 technical papers in highly reputed International and national journals and conferences. He is Technical Reviewer and Editorial Board Member of 7 International Journals. Further, he is an invited board member of 4th IWA-YWPC (2008) held at University of Berkeley, California. To his achievements, Marquis WHO’s WHO IN THE WORLD published his Biography in 2010.

Dr. Shahid A. Siddiqui, B.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D. in Solid State Physics, Reader, Physics Department at GDRCET, Bhilai. Before that, he has worked as a Reader of Physics at Dr. C.V. Raman Institute of Engineering & Technology, Kargi-Road Kota, Bilaspur (C.G.). He completed his under graduation and post graduation from A.P.S. University, Rewa (M.P.) and Ph. D. from Guru Ghasidas University (a Central University) Bilaspur (C.G.). He has more than 10 years of teaching experience at graduate, post graduate and technical colleges. His field of interest is ‘Luminescence’ and has published/presented papers in National/International Conferences and Journals. Presently he is working on Thermoluminescence, Photoluminescence and Mechanoluminescence characteristics of rare earth materials. He has guided more than eight students as a supervisor for their M. Phil. Dissertation/Research works.

Dr. Jeeta Mohapatra, BA (Hons.), MA, PhD. in English Literature specialization in American Literature, Reader, Humanities Department, GDRCET, teaching English language (Professional Communication in English). She has a long teaching experience of more than twenty years at graduate, post graduate and technical colleges. Her critical articles and papers have appeared in several reputed journals and other Indian publications. Her areas of interest are American Literature and Communication for Social Change. Her recent article Emotional Intelligence in Organizations appeared in an anthology Holistic Approach to Communication. She has attended many UGC sponsored National Conferences and Seminars and presented papers on her subject of interest. At present she is teaching under graduate technical students and is also guiding them to become professionals through soft skills and personality development classes.

Dr. Pooja Chouksey, (M.Sc., Ph. D) is Sr. Lecturer in the department of Applied Physics; GD-Rungta College of Engineering and Technology, Bhilai She completed her schooling Graduation and Post Graduation from her native place in the years 2000, 2003 and 2005. She earned Ph.D. degree in the year of 2010 from Rani Durgavati University, Jabalpur (M.P.). During this period (2005-2010) she published/presented more than 09 research papers in national/international conferences and journals, and taught B.E. classes. Besides this she has guided two students for their M. Phil projects. Her area of interest is Electroluminescence, Photoluminescence and Nano-composites.
